Fergie Takes the Stage For Slash’s Birthday

Fergie got down and dirty last night as she helped to celebrate former Guns N’ Roses and current Velvet Revolver guitarist Slash’s 43rd birthday.
Dragging her actor/fiance Josh Duhamel along for the evening in Las Vegas, the Black Eyed Peas frontwoman took to the stage alongside the guitar legend at a concert at Bare Pool & Lounge outside of The Mirage Hotel and Casino.

Following their performance, Fergie hopped off stage - joining her Transformers star hubby as they mingled with fellow party attendees.
As a follow-up to the birthday concert, there’s another party slated for this evening (July 24) at JET nightclub - with a special acoustic performance by Slash followed by music spun by DJ will.i.am.

Mariah Carey Takes Over TRL

Looking her usual fabulous self, Mariah Carey ventured out to MTV Studios in New York City on Tuesday for the taping of an appearance on the network’s hit show Total Request Live.
The 38-year-old Grammy Award-winning singer wore a multi-colored pastel skirt with a blue top that showed off her toned tummy, along with matching heels and, of course, plenty of bling.
Meanwhile, recent tabloid reports have alleged that Mimi’s expensive taste has ended up putting her new hubby Nick Cannon in a bt of a financial predicament.
“Nick’s sensitive about being perceived as a kept man, so he’s going out of his way to indulge Mariah with lavish gifts and expensive dinners,” an insider claims.
“And the bottom line is that he just doesn’t have the kind of money she has. It’s starting to stress him out,” the source adds.

Paris Hilton Hits the Brentwood Country Mart

Accompanied by a gal pal, Paris Hilton was spotted out enjoying the California summer sunshine at the Brentwood Country Mart on Friday (July 18).
Looking stylish in a blue, knee-length racerback dress with black heels and a black captain hat, the former Simple Life star and her shopping pal made a handful of purchases before heading back to the car and driving off.Meanwhile, the hotel heiress recently blasted rumors of a reality show featuring herself, Lindsay Lohan and Britney Spears.
She says, “I do not think that would be a good idea at all. That’s so not hot. Especially not for a TV show. I really do not know where some people come up with these stories.”

Khloe Kardashian Goes to Jail

Accompanied by her sisters and mother, Khloe Kardashian turned herself in to police custody at the Van Nuys courthouse on Friday morning (July 18).
According to breaking press reports, the 24-year-old “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” star was booked at 8:52 a.m. to begin a 30-day sentence.The jail term comes as a result of Khloe’s failure to complete roadside cleanup duty and enroll in an alcohol education class following a DUI arrest in March 2007.
“Khloe is ready and willing to serve out her sentence, no matter how long and where, and have this resolved,” her rep told People magazine.
Speaking about her sister’s incarceration, Kim Kardashian told press yesterday: “She’s not nervous now, but I think she will be tomorrow. She definitely has to live up to what she’s done and take responsibility, and she’s willing to do that. I think she just wants it over with.”

Lindsay Lohan’s Last Day of Labor Pains

She’s been faithfully maintaining a grueling shooting schedule for her current gig “Labor Pains,” and yesterday Lindsay Lohan shot her last few scenes.
The “Georgia Rule” actress was spotted on the Los Angeles set wearing a variety of outfits as she took several breaks between scenes.

As a highlight for the day, LiLo received an on-set visit once again from girlfriend Samantha Ronson who graciously blew the crimson-haired hottie a kiss as she left.
Though she’s vehemently denied a lesbian love affair with the bleached blonde DJ, public makeout sessions and kiss-blowing aren’t doing much to quell the rumors.

Rihanna Rocks MTV Mobile Bang

She was spotted with her girlfriends Rihanna in Milan, Italy earlier this week, and last night Rihanna took the stage at the MTV Mobile Bang Concert.
The “Take A Bow” hottie donned a black zip-up jumpsuit as she wowed the Italian audience with rousing renditions of her hits “Umbrella” and “Breakin’ Dishes.”

As for her love life, the Good Girl Gone Bad’s rumored boyfriend Chris Brown has said once and for all that he’s not going to discuss their relationship with the press.
He said, “Nobody wants to focus on what’s positive, they want to know about my personal life. Every interview I do, they’re like, ‘So, how are you and such and such doing?’ And I’m like, I don’t know you, why you all in my business? So that’s my take on it personally.”

Britney Spears’ Pussycat Dolls Cameo

She keeps making the right moves to get her career back on track, with daily trips to the gym, as well as staying out of trouble in order to help her public image. And yesterday Britney Spears paid a visit to the Pussycat Dolls to add a little Toxic-style to their new video.
The “Gimme More” singer was spotted on her way to film a cameo for the Pussycat Dolls’ new video for their single “When I Grow Up,” although it was believed to be more of an acting role rather than a performance. An insider commented, “It’s a small part.”
And speaking of cameos, Miss Spears may be considering a crossover to television, having been spotted exiting the Merv Griffin Productions offices last week.
As for her How I Met Your Mother gig, it sounds like the opportunity is there for a hat trick. One of the show’s stars, Neil Patrick Harris, told press, “The door is open for her,” when asked about a third appearance.

Rihanna Takes Flight

Yesterday was a good one for the paparazzi at LAX. With Hayden Christensen and Rachel Bilson flying out of the Int’l airport, pop superstar Rihanna showed up as well.
The “Umbrella” hottie arrived looking stylish, as usual in a grey striped top underneath a beige cropped jacket with a pair of designer jeans and an oversized red purse.

Earlier in the day, the Good Girl Gone Bad was spotted spending some cheese on a shopping excursion in Hollywood, California with Chris Brown looking so happy together.
The night before, Chris was Rihanna’s date to the 2008 MTV Movie Awards at the Gibson Amphitheater in Universal City.
